Delivery Fee

Canberra CBD $15.00
All Other Areas $30.00
Functions with equipment and set up required to be quoted separately.
We can also cater functions outside the ACT. Please note that additional costs will be incurred based on the location and access to venue. (1 delivery and 1 pick up only)
(Extra charges if extra deliveries are required)



Orders

Basic orders (Sandwich lunch deliveries, etc.) required a minimum of 24 hours
Cocktail functions, BBQ’s, grazing tables and special menus with service staff require a minimum of 5 day notice.
All function confirmations must be sent via e-mail. Phone calls will be considered as enquiry only otherwise.
Final confirmation on numbers 5 days prior to the event. (No cancellations or change of numbers will be accepted after the date.Event to be charged at full cost)
Catering service on Sundays and public Holidays will incur a 15% extra.

Cancellation Fees

We understand that sometimes functions do not go as planned and require a cancellation at the last minute.
Taking this into account see below:
48 hours at no expense for bookings under $300
4 Days for bookings $300-$1000
Bookings over $1000 require a minimum 50% deposit (non refundable for cancellations with in 10 days of the event)



Cancellation under 48 hours

Catering service confirmation under $200, 50% fee.
Catering service confirmation $201 – $500, 60% fee.
Catering service confirmation $501 – $999, 70% fee.
Bookings over $1000, 80% fee will be incurred
